Wes - You realize that impatience, dependance and longing are all passive emotions right? Hasn't it always been said (and made sense) that you had to actively pursue your dreams, to grab life by the balls?

Sometimes you have to create your own opportunities, you can't just want something and wait for it. Life only supplies to you necessities, if you want anything more you have to go find it yourself.

All Chance does is make you choose definitively between optimism and pessimism. In the end you, yourself, will leave the glass tipping gently off the edge and chance will be a mere final breeze in the wrong direction.
