    It was a rainy day, as most are – She’d finished her drink & had decided to take a nap. She awoke a couple hours later to some cramps that were out of the usual & decided to go to the hospital.

    30 some hours later it was over. 12:04am. She panted, “The fifth, eh? That just won’t do… It says 11:59pm on my watch…” Knowing there was money to be made on that date.

    A girl. She wasn’t ready; She never would be.

    19 years later, she’s still a child. Her daughter is a loner in a city she can’t help but despise, living life in a world that grows younger by the day. Too much… Past. Too little… Support? Too many people… Too much runs short.

    There’s something to be said about the ones that are there, & there’s something else to be said about the ones that aren’t fair.
